No, Woodn Greenwood decking planks come with metal substructure profiles for installation directly on the ground. The planks should then be secured to the joists and fastened with the provided steel clips. No, the brushed finish and polymer component ensure that the plank retains its original appearance long after the initial application. This has been certified through periodic accelerated color aging tests involving intense UV exposure.
Our WPC decking planks require minimal maintenance. After the first application, cleaning with high-pressure water under 80 bar is sufficient. The aesthetic performance doesn’t fade over time. In any case, a brief maintenance and handling manual for the slats is available in the Techinal Area .
